The first edition of International Property Show (IPS), which was scheduled to be held in Egypt for the first time in November, was postponed to January 2019. Walid Farghal, director general at Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions company, IPS organiser, said it will be held on 10 January 2019. This is due to the real estate conferences and exhibition agenda’s congestion, in Egypt during the fourth quarter of this year. Farghal pointed out that the Egyptian real estate market is promising and attractive for foreign investment. Furthermore, he praised the important role played by the Egyptian government represented by the Ministry of Housing in supporting the real estate sector.
