The IPO was oversubscribed 64.54 times last week. The equity bourse will file draft IPO papers with Sebi for the domestic public issue by January 2017. At the upper end of the price band, the issue would raise Rs 1,242.50 crore. On Day 1, the stock rose 23.49 per cent to settle at Rs 519.80 on BSE, registering a premium of Rs 28.27 over its issue price of Rs 421 apiece. The IPO ended up receiving subscription that was 144 times that of the issue size.
