Mitchell Santner is hoping that New Zealand will be able to silence the crowd at the Wankhede stadium during the semi-final clash against India on November 15. The Blackcaps secured a famous win over India in Manchester during the 2019 edition of the World Cup and the situation was pretty similar. “Hopefully we can hear a pin drop and a bit of silence – then we’re obviously doing alright," said Santner to Stuff.co.nz. Santner feels that the best way to slow India down would be to take wickets upfront. "Obviously, the start we had was unbelievable and it did silence the crowd a bit."
