The International Monetary Fund (IMF) is expected to disburse the 5th tranche of the Extended Credit Facility (ECF) to Ghana within the coming weeks. “The Fund will not be satisfied but in so far as you also cut expenditure, then you are good to some extent. It is expected that the Fund will approve the disbursement of some 110 million dollars to Ghana. Dr. Mark Assibey Yeboah believes the release of the amount should address critical needs of the economy.
