ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday summoned Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration and police officers over a complaint lodged of a widow who was allegedly expelled from her house and her property sealed by the capital administration. According to details, police and capital administration had allegedly raided a house No 36, street 80 of sector G-7/4, and forcefully kicked out residences before sealing the property. Credible sources have disclosed that officials of capital administration, including Islamabad Superintendent of Police (SP) Zubair Sheikh and Assistant Commissioner Saeed Bin Asad, had allegedly taken a heavy bribe from land grabbers and expelled the widow from her house. The affected widow approached IHC despite the fact that her case was also running in a local court. However, during the proceedings Justice Athar Minallah had summoned the assistant commissioner and Aapbara station house officer on December 13 (Wednesday) in connection with the case.
