A division bench comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani conducted hearing on petitions of Nawaz Sharif and NAB. The counsel requested the court to adjourn hearing of the case till next date. Expressing dissatisfaction, Justice Farooq asked Nawaz’s counsel to present logical argument keeping in view that he was standing in the courtroom. The bench, however, accepted the exemption request of Nawaz Sharif and adjourned hearing on his appeal till April 23. The bench also adjourned the NAB appeal in Flagship Investment reference till April 29.
