KUALA LUMPUR: Senior police officers including OCPDs found to be collecting funds for the Hari Raya celebrations will be transferred immediately, Datuk Seri Abdul Hamid Bador (pic) warns. The Inspector-General of Police labelled such attitude as despicable, adding that immediate disciplinary action including being transferred will be taken against those found culpable. “I had already issued a warning previously but I have gotten complaints by some men on the ground that it is still going on. Abdul Hamid said he has issued an internal memo warning his officers on the matter. Abdul Hamid was speaking after handing road safety brochures to motorists at the Gombak toll plaza in conjunction with Hari Raya Op Selamat 15.
