He also added that over 200 Rohingyas were found outside and they were taken back to their camps until Monday. “We did not detain them, instead, facilitated their return to their respective camps on humanitarian ground. They [Rohingya people] must stay in their camps and need to be registered to get proper assistance from the government,” he said. The local administration has also been asked to keep watch upon the presence of refugees in their locality, the police chief said. The IGP also ruled out any possibility of militant groups penetrating among the vulnerable population of Rohingya refugees sheltered in the areas.
