Share:Islamabad - Inspector General of Police (IGP) Muhammad Ahsan Younas paid a visit to some seven police stations here on Tuesday, informed a police spokesman. The police stations visited by capital police chief included Kohsar, Secretariat, Aabpara, Bani Gala, Shehzad Town, Bhara Kahu and Women. The IG checked the daily entry register of the police stations and directed the SHOs to accelerate efforts for the arrest of maximum criminals including proclaimed offenders and court absconders. He added Safe City Project involves public safety solution designed to provide local authorities with a wide range of modern products and rely on a series of Internet of Things devices intended to improve policing efforts. The vision of the project is secure, peaceful and crime free capital city Islamabad.
