Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Deputy CEO Marjan Hussein Marjan said the dispatch of ballot papers to constituencies will start Wednesday. Mr Marjana said the Postal Corporation of Kenya will deliver the material countrywide. ”The dispatch starts tomorrow for distant constituencies first. We anticipate by August 4 all cargo will be at their destination but in case of any spill over it should be August 6.
