Ten thousand pieces of the Kenya Integrated Elections Management System (KIEMS) gadgets have arrived the country with the remaining 35,000 pieces expected by early June. “It is worth noting that the entire system is integrated by design as provided for in the law. The Commission has rolled out an elaborate training programme for all staff that will operate the KIEMS gadgets,” he said in a statement.
