Operating income and adjusted operating income: Reported operating loss for the third quarter of 2016 totaled $331 million compared with income of $197 million in the third quarter of 2015. Adjusted operating income for the quarter totaled $164 million compared to $242 million in the comparison quarter of 2015. $0.05 per share, will be paid on January 4, 2017, in respect of ICL’s third quarter 2016 results.
