The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday launched a new smartphone app in an effort to raise its level of fan engagement, less than a month ahead of the Champions Trophy, to be held in England and Wales from June 1-18. Among its many features, the app will provide ball-by-ball updates for all matches in the Champions Trophy and the Women’s World Cup.
