THE IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), the umbrella organization of the IT and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) sector, announced the appointment of Atty. Luis Enrico “Ricky” Salvador as executive director for External Affairs and Investor Relations. Throughout his career, he continuously refined and demonstrated his expertise in policy shaping, stakeholder management, regulatory affairs, customer care, business continuity, crisis response and public communications. Some of his notable achievements are establishing the legislative committee of PCFMI in 2016, leading it as chair for two years. He was also responsible for setting up the External Affairs Committee of PANA in 2017, managing it for two years.
