Share TweetBy Jeffrey DamicogThe Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) has vowed to continue to uphold the rule of law and help in the expeditious service of justice. “We renew our commitment to the rule of law and ’justice bilis’ as our contribution to genuine and lasting peace,” said IBP President Domingo Egon Cayosa in his New Year’s message. On the other hand, the IBP President also expressed hope that the new year will also usher “an end to violence” in the country. “IBP therefore supports any and all efforts to talk peace at the international, national, or local levels,” Cayosa declared.
