The International Astronomical Union (IAU) has given Ethiopia the chance to name the newly discovered giant astronomical object.The object’s code numbers are HD 16175 and HD 16175 B, according to office of the Prime Minister’s statement on Wednesday. The office invited all government offices, private enterprises, religious institutions, political parties, educational institutions at all levels, scholars as well as Ethiopians and foreign nationals of Ethiopian origin to take part in naming the object via Tel. Ethiopia joined the International Astronomical Union recently.
