In his view, he has all the qualities of a President but myopic NDC/NPP politics has clouded the jugement of Ghanaians. The outspoken businessman who quit politics and went into farming said successive government have paid lip service to the citizenry but because majority of Ghanaians are not enlightened, they continue to vote for them. Citing farmers in rural Ghana to buttress his point, Kofi Wayo said they are unable to fend for their families when they are supposed to be the ones to be properly taken care of. Kofi Wayo stressed that, he will never associate himself with the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) because they are “thieves”.
