A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara, Alhaji AbdulKadir Oba-Ajara, on Tuesday said he was not arrested by security agents in the state with Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs)Addressing newsmen in Ilorin, Oba-Ajara described the report of his arrest as baseless and unfounded. “I have a PVC which is my legitimate right to possess and I will use that on Saturday. “I have been in politics since the 50s and I know the limit to which I can go in politics. “I have submitted myself to the Police and the Department of State Security and they told me that they were not looking for me.” he said. Okasanmi said no such incident was reported to the command and as such no arrest was made.
