Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has refuted claims that Azimio recognises President William Ruto as a legitimate President. Speaking on Saturday, Kalonzo said Azimio recognises Ruto as the President because of his stance to keep the bi-partisan talks between Kenya Kwanza and Azimio going. His sentiments did not sit well with some leaders in Azimio as Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua dismissed the remarks. While reacting to a publication quoting Kalonzo as having said Azimio recognises Ruto as President, the Narc Kenya leader denied the sentiments. On Saturday, Kalonzo said Azimio has no problem with the President, other than being shocked by the remarks by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua who keeps dismissing the talks.
