One man has revealed how his gambling addiction was so bad it left him in hospital after a suicide attempt. He claims at his worst he would gamble for 'unto 16 hours a day'. Talking about his addiction, Matt said: "I would gamble all night. You don’t plan to, but you lose track of time and the number of hours that pass and you don’t realise. I made excuses to not go places if I knew I couldn’t find time to gamble secretly on my phone there.
