When I was in my early teens, I thought most of us were going to die from climate change. It’s at this point that I should make one thing clear: none of the above means that climate change is not happening. To tackle climate change, we have to accept two things: climate change is happening and human emissions of greenhouse gases are responsible. It has become too common to tell kids that they’re going to die from climate change.
