At least, if the assembly and parliament elections are held together, it will help. It will be good to hold the elections together and all political parties should come to a joint decision on this.In principle, we have agreed to the GST. In the past one year, we continuously had a code of conduct imposed in one or the other section of Karnataka due to graduates and teachers constituency elections, taluk and zilla panchayat elections, byelections, Parliament, assembly, Upper House and so on. It applies to all political parties, not confined to one or the other.It should be debated at the national level, from all angles and (by) all sections of the society. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has come out strongly in favour of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's proposal that Lok Sabha and Assembly polls should be held together.
