Pappoe expressed that Ghana football needs a ‘Messiah’ who will come and save it from its impending death and he is the right person to lead the charge. The starting point is that we should try to repair a certain culture of sycophancy and lack of openness and truthfulness at the top hierarchy of our game”, Fred Pappoe said on Sports Check. Fred Pappoe reigned from 2005 to 2011, a period that witnessed remarkable success in Ghana’s football.
