Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku has affirmed his commitment to working with President William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza administration. Lenku, who was elected on Raila Odinga's ODM ticket, said the past is “behind us', declaring his unwavering support for Ruto. “We will join other Kenyans as the Maa nation to work with your government...this the time to build the country,” the governor said. The governor insisted that the future of the country will not be build through political affiliation, but by leaders working together. “We lost one another in the forest when we were looking for the grace of God, from the forest we all have an opportunity, let's all thank God and work for Kenyans,” Lenku said.
