Rumours were rife that the EC’s register for one of the polling areas[Muramura] in the Asante Akim South had been stolen during a meeting at the EC’s office recently. “When the issue came up we were all stunned after thorough search at the EC’s office and still not finding the document. He run a check on the few documents he was holding and found out that the Muramura register was inside his documents. “I’m surprised Kwame Amponsah is accusing me wrongly that I intentionally stole the register and gave it to my chairman. According to him, the missing register was delivered back to the EC’s office the same day after they noticed it was mistakenly taken away by the Chairman for Muramura electoral area.
