A parent in Homa Bay has threatened to sue an NGO for circumcising his 11-year-old boy without his consent. Gor claimed an official at Impact Research Development organization lured his son in a playing field. “My son left the house with all parts of his body. What I want is the initial health of my son before he left the house and that is all,” the parent said. Gor has recorded a statement at Homa Bay Police Station.
