By BRIAN OCHAROMore by this AuthorMatuga MP Hassan Mwanyoha‘s son who is serving a death sentence for robbing a tourist, on Monday narrated to a Mombasa court his suffering at the Manyani Maximum Prison. Mr Mafanikio Mwanyoha alias Fani Hussein told Mombasa High court Judge Justice Dorah Chepkwonyi that life has been unbearable since being sentenced to death in April this year. “Your honour, I am suffering in prison, life there is harsh and I find it unbearable, I need your help ” he said. The younger Mwanyoha asked the High Court to serve him with proceedings of his case to enable him appeal against it. Mr Mafanikio is also facing another robbery with violence case at the Mombasa High Court.
