Hurricane Irma moves over Miami. I’m set to eat Chef Boyardee for a long while if need be, and I hope that I am able to do that over an extended period of time, instead of eating it all during the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. It’s is probably the most serious threat to the Keys since Hurricane Donna in 1960, which had a death toll estimated in the hundreds. [Dangerous Hurricane Irma bears down on Florida, its brunt targeting the Keys]People have taken this storm seriously: Many acquaintances who are usually pretty cavalier about storms have left. But right now, our focus is on protecting the lives and property of the people left behind here in the Keys.
