President Uhuru Kenyatta's political adviser Joshua Kutuny has brokered a conciliatory deal between Deputy President William Ruto and his friend-turned-foe Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto. Rutto said he is ready to work with Jubilee. Kutuny prevailed upon Rutto and other Kalenjin community leaders to be patient, saying there is time for everything. “I am ready to work with other leaders in ensuring problems facing the people are solved. Rutto has been in a frosty relationship with the DP over Jubilee merger plans, saying he will defend his seat on the Mashinani party.
