By Josh BeckermanHyzon Motors said a Nasdaq Hearings Panel has approved a filing extension for its delayed financial statements. The fuel-cell vehicle developer said it requested to file its 10-K for 2022 by May 31 and its first-quarter 10-Q by June 7. Hyzon said on April 3 that it received a Nasdaq extension through May 15.
