In a statement, HARI said total sales during the period reached 30,599 units, down from the 32,882 units sold in the same period last year. Sales in the passenger cars (PC) segment reached 16,116 units, down by 12 percent from the 18,389 units sold in 2018. Light commercial vehicles (LCV) sales likewise declined by 3 percent to 13,696 units from 18,389 units while commercial vehicles (CV) sales went up by 80 percent from 438 units to 787 units this year. Beyond these factors, our main drivers remain the quality, reliability, and ease of maintenance of Hyundai passenger cars and commercial vehicles,” HARI President and Chief Executive Officer Ma. For November alone, HARI sold a total of 2,981 units, up by 4 percent from the 2,856 sales in September.
