Highlights 1 Family of arrested qazi say that he is being framed. Family of Mumbai's chief qazi Farid Ahmed Khan arrested inmarriage racket case today said that he has been framed in the case. Khan's name cropped up in the case as he had signed in the marriage certificate of the couple. We accept that our father shouldn't have signed the marriage certificate. The marriage certificate was obtained from Mumbai and the trail led to Mumbai-based Khan.
