Two people were sent to hospital in serious condition and three others sustained minor injuries after a multi-vehicle collision on Hwy. Ontario Provincial Police said the collision happened just after 12 p.m. at Hwy. 401 near Warden Ave.Toronto paramedics said a male and female both in their 30s were taken to hospital in serious and possibly life-threatening condition. “It looked like there were about five cars involved and their vehicle was hit the hardest,” said Toronto Paramedic Services Deputy Commander David Viljak. He said three other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
