SHEVCHENKOVO, Ukraine (ANN): A 27-year-old man chopped off another man’s penis, after allegedly seeing him rape his wife last Sunday, Oct. 13. Before returning home, the man and his wife (also unidentified in the report) were dining with friends at a nearby restaurant. The woman left for their apartment at around 1am and her husband followed her 10 minutes after she left. As the woman neared the apartment, the 25-year-old suspected rapist, Dmitry Ivchenko, allegedly grabbed her from behind while covering her mouth. Meanwhile, the rapist was taken to the Shevchenko District Hospital to undergo surgery for his penis.
