MELAKA: A husband and wife were charged at the Magistrate’s Court here today with eight counts of cheating four victims of RM7,560 and using forged documents. Hairizal Abd Hamid, 44, and his wife Noryusniza Karim, 39, from Bertam Malim, pleaded not guilty and claimed trial to all the charges. The charges were read out against them at separate courts before Magistrate Norina Maludin and Magistrate Mohd Firdaus Saleh, respectively. Mohd Firdaus fixed Oct 25 for the case to be mentioned. They were also charged with using a forged PTPTN receipt on April 13.
