Southwest Louisiana had been a hotspot for coronavirus over the summer, and Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Tony Mancuso announced last weekend that he had tested positive for the virus. “As people are outdoors cleaning up after Hurricane Laura, it is important to remove all standing water around a property.
