All five living former U.S. presidents came together Thursday to ask their fellow Americans to support Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. “One American Appeal,” a fundraiser designed to help victims of Harvey recover, is supported by all five former living U.S. presidents — Jimmy Carter, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama. “Hurricane Harvey brought terrible destruction,” said President Clinton. “Our friends in Texas, including Presidents Bush 41 and 41, are doing just that,” added President Carter.
