STEWARTSTOWN — A Concord man accidentally shot himself in the foot while hunting Saturday morning. Fish and Game officials said Charles Lamoureux, 50, had been deer hunting for about two hours when he stopped to take a break. He had his 12-gauge shotgun in his right hand with the muzzle pointed down while attempting to get a water bottle out of his pack with his left hand. The shotgun slug hit the outside edge of his right foot. Fish and Game said it does not expect to file charges against the hunter.
