The futuristic Cybertruck then hit the streets of NYC to the amazement of many bystanders. The Cybertruck was brought to New York City in time for Musk's SNL hosting gig. Musk then took to Twitter to explain why the windows of his Cybertruck embarrassingly broke during a failed strength test at its launch event. Musk explained in a tweet that the base of the glass window had already been weakened during a previous demo.
