It's coverage she says she was grateful to have after years of being denied because of her pre-existing condition. But just last month, Louisville-based Humana said it's pulling out of all 11 states where it sells individual policies, both on the Obamacare exchange and outside it. It cited an "unbalanced risk pool," meaning too few healthy people on its rolls, hurting business.
