The protest was held on Thursday in front of Kishoreganj Zilla Hospital. In addition, another human chain was formed by Kishoreganj Mahila Parishad in Kalibari area of Kishoreganj Sadar on Thursday. Kishoreganj Mahila Parishad President Advocate Maya Bhowmik, women's leader Sultana Razia and others demanded immediate punishment of those arrested over the rape. Kishoreganj General Hospital Administrator Dr Md Ramjan Mahmud said the initial autopsy of the deceased found evidence of rape.
