A large fire broke out in a building in Liverpool city centre. Firefighters called to Fox Street shortly before 2.20pm on Saturday arrived to find a four-storey building 'well alight'. The structure was showing signs of collapse and fire crews were evacuating nearby buildings, Merseyside fire and rescue service said
