A massive 900lbs tiger shark has been killed by fishermen on a tiny boat off the coast of Sydney after a 45-minute struggle. Shocking images provided to the Daily Mail show one of the fishermen holding onto the shark’s fin as it hangs off the end of the boat. Tiger sharks can grow up to 7.62 metres long and sometimes weigh more than 800kgs. A recreational fisher in NSW is allowed to have one tiger shark in their daily catch. Tiger sharks are not yet endangered but the International Union for Conservation of Nature had listed them as 'near-threatened'.
