Step #2: On the new device you want to transfer the account to, open the Signal app and select the 'Transfer or restore account', after which the device may ask to enable permissions. Step #4: Now select the 'Account' option and the 'Transfer account' option next. Step #5: Once the transfer has been completed to the new device, click on 'Continue registration' and follow the instructions to complete the transfer process. On the old device, click done and uninstall the Signal app once the transfer is successful. Step #3: Now, a prompt to 'Transfer Account' will appear on the old device with the messages.
