Millions of women massed in the nation’s capital and cities around the globe that Saturday to send President Trump an emphatic message that they won’t let his agenda go unchallenged over the next four years. On the inside, Cabinet secretaries and their employees can systematically limit or eliminate the influence of Bannon and other know-nothing nationalists pushing the noxious brew usually dispensed by right-wing European parties. Moreover, Cabinet secretaries need to have each other’s back so that they form a united front when going up against Bannon. Vice President Pence and senators of both political parties on Feb. 5 reacted to President Trump's comments about Russia and the United States in a Fox News interview. (We find it significant that Trump was compelled to cancel a visit to Wisconsin when protests were threatened.)
