The Gurdian is running a great story from Africa about how to protect your farm from Elephants using bees.www.theguardian.com/…My understanding from others I have talked to in the past is that elephants are afraid that bees will sting the inside of the trunk . Which is why I wont be letting any of my girls get up my nose either :-)
