Season the mixture with dry masalas, kachri powder and salt. Garnish with fresh chilli slivers and coriander sprig and serve hot. Make even-sized dumplings of kebab mixture and fill the centre with stuffing. Mix all ingredients used in stuffing and make a coarse mash, season it with dry masala and salt. For the stuffing, grate the cheese and soften it.
