As we filmed Season 2 of the video series “The Bucket List,” I asked chefs around town about dumplings. The trio travel around the city, looking for all styles of fried, steamed, steamed and grilled dumplings. Jumbo Cheeseburger Potstickers served with Bacon Tomato Jam at Ms. Chi’s Cafe in Culver City. On the table were xiao long bao from Shanghailander Palace, beef and pork hui tou from Hui Tou Jiang, spicy won ton from Dumpling Monster, and Chung’s own cheeseburger dumplings.
