How three leaders could win a Nobel Prize

Regarding David Von Drehle’s May 2 op-ed, “The precedent for a Trump Nobel Prize”:President Trump, North Korea’s Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in would all be considered for the Nobel Prize by agreeing to just one joint operation. As a result of the Korean War (1950-1953), numerous U.S. servicemen who were killed in action were interred in soil that is under the control of North Korea. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) lists more than 4,000 U.S. remains resting in the ground north of the Demilitarized Zone. However, under Mr. Kim, the doors have been closed, and the teams are not allowed to enter. Should the three leaders agree to once again send in these teams to locate and bring out additional remains, the humanitarian signs that this would send would more than justify the awarding of such a prestigious recognition to each of the leaders.
