Three years in the making, Pompette (597 College St.) is a new gem from 30-something expats Martine Bauer, Jonathan Bauer and Maxime Hoerth. Strasbourg-born Jonathan was named France’s best sommelier in 2014 while at acclaimed chef Daniel Rose’s (now shuttered) Spring in Paris.
